"The view was great. I didn’t use the bikes or kayaks but good to have them. Air conditioning was a saviour in humidity. I enjoyed working out the buses and using them. I also enjoyed walking into the shops and along the beach and it was easy to explore the area - cujtural show, night market, museum, gardens. Plenty to do despite the weather! Not a beach holiday this time. "

"Fortunately, driving instructions were very clear as it involved 1.5 km ascent, last leg on bumpy road, but once we entered the gate, wow! Villa was excellent, pool was great and deck has fabulous views of Pacific & Moorea. as usual, kitchen lacked gourmet equipment, but otherwise all was excellent. Owners were very helpful as well."

"This is the most amazing VRBO. We loved the rustic house. Everything is so charming. The location is amazing. The snorkeling out front is incredible. The front yard is perfect for hanging out with your family. We loved the huge picnic table on the lanai. It was perfect for family dinners and games. We also loved the privacy of the bungalow. "The perfect 'real Fiji' experience off the grid. Not for everyone as there's no airconditioning, running hot water or pools but that's the charm and attraction here. Bill and Paula looked after us wonderfully. Our two small boys were played with and looked after by other local children, the villages were very friendly. Paula also arranged a surprise birthday cake for my oldest son! No other tourists spotted, no-one trying to sell you things or get you to drink kava and no shops. Perfect spot....

"We really enjoyed the pool! We relaxed in the pool almost every night. It’s right across the street from Snack Mahana which is a must during your stay for lunch. The host was great and made everything so simple! Highly recommend Lagoon Dream."

"A lovely stay in a stunning location … excellent amenities and perfect for a family of teenagers - everyone got their own space. Located super close to the beach and walking distance to some excellent snorkeling opportunities. The indoor/outdoor living at this property was perfect for us and we enjoyed the beautiful tropical garden. The home was perfectly appointed and there was nothing we needed. "Sehr einfaches Ferienhaus direkt am Meer mit zwei Schlafzimmern, eines mit Klimaanlage, das andere mit Ventilator, sehr bequeme Betten, grosser Aussenbereich. Das Haus steht mitten im Einheimischenquartier. Dementsprechend ist die Geräuschkulisse, vorallem der Hunde, Hühner und Hähne. Dafür gibt es kein Strassenlärm. Marie-Lou ist eine super Gastgeberin. "We loved everything about our stay, booking, communication and location. Our recommendation would be to add a blender. Wr would have brought one had the description not said there was one in the bungalow. Overall, hardly worth mentioning but if you plan on morning smoothies bring a blender. Wonderful placento celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary! Thanks Richard and Tiera you both were amazing to work with."

"I very much enjoyed my stay at Lagoon Dream. It was comfortable and convenient (great, not super commercial area, easy drive to many things). The pool area was great for down time and sunsets. Doris was a delight upon check in/out. Jing was super helpful, set up multiple excursions for me and has great recommendations if you ask. I would definitely stay here again if I ever have the blessing to visit Moorea again."

"Beautiful location and accommodations. Very private and spacious. Chef Jay was incredible, very friendly and accommodating. It was lovely to have him prepare our brunches and dinners for us. The snorkelling was AMAZING and the salt water pool was great. The view is incredible and the water is just steps away from your bedroom. The resort is beautiful but does need a few repairs such as faucets that aren’t attached anymore and some decking that is loose and needs staining and some window trim...

"Wonderful peaceful house right across the road from a gorgeous private beach/lagoon. Fabulous snorkelling and swimming. Loved reading my book of the super comfy sun loungers in the lush tropical garden. House has everything you need with very well equipped kitchen."

"Our family (3 generations) enjoyed staying at Turou retreat. The house provided the space we needed and gave us the option to cook our own meals. The location is great. Everything is close by on Rarotonga. We loved going to ice cream and had some amazing meals at local restaurants. Thank you Linda and family for letting us stay in your house!"

"The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This is not a 4,5 star hotel and the beach and area in general leaves a bit to be desired. But we enjoyed our stay and loved the washer and dryer in our room. "

"1-værelses lejlighed - noget slidt interiør - rengøring burde være langt bedre!! Var beskidt både inde og på terrasse ! Meget lidt service i skabe. Pool var heller ikke særlig ren. Vi forsøgte st få morgenmad i café , men the manager var til møde så det kunne ikke lade sig gøre. Beliggenhed er i top ved havn med masser af cruises, butikker og restauranter. Området er dog rimelig dyrt."
