"Never got the chance to stay here because it was double booked. A very frustrating experience arriving in the evening to no accommodation. I had confirmation of the booking and the money was taken out of my account straight why I will now have to apply to get a refund. An email was sent by the owner the day before but internet access in Samoa is not the best for perhaps a phone call will be much better in the future. "

"This property includes 3 rental units, 2 side by side cabins, approximately 30 m from the small beach. The other is on the shoreline. Privacy fences orovide privacy but also obstruct the view, but only minimally. Cabins have two, airconditioned bedrooms and one large bathroom. There is a large, open living area including kitchen and seating area with TV. The Oceanside deck is also very comfortable. The cabin can get hot during the day but we found that closing some of the drapes helps with that....

"Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Communication initially on how to get there was lacking, but fortunately they were early in their street and easy to find. We were actually swapped to Chalet #2, so comments reflect that unit. The unit is dated and tired. It is clean, and provides good kitchen resources (except the fridge has no shelves). The bathroom is old and dark, and while towels and a bar of soap are provided, there was no face towel, no hand towel, no light in the shower. The...

"1-værelses lejlighed - noget slidt interiør - rengøring burde være langt bedre!! Var beskidt både inde og på terrasse ! Meget lidt service i skabe. Pool var heller ikke særlig ren. Vi forsøgte st få morgenmad i café , men the manager var til møde så det kunne ikke lade sig gøre. Beliggenhed er i top ved havn med masser af cruises, butikker og restauranter. Området er dog rimelig dyrt."

"The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This is not a 4,5 star hotel and the beach and area in general leaves a bit to be desired. But we enjoyed our stay and loved the washer and dryer in our room. "
