"Overall, it’s a decent place for the price, good location on the creek, walk to Ole Red or Anakeesta. Nice Thai restaurant next door with creek views. The room was nothing fancy, balconies not very private. Windows did not open and there was an annoying router box with blinking lights that was not conducive for rest. Had to call when I arrived because no one was in the office. The clerks were polite but barely professional, which seems to be the norm these days. Probably would choose another...

"The lobby was decorated for Memorial Day with lots of thought and love put into the decor! The staff is always helpful and kind, Tess saw me outside and called me by name, great personal touch. Will be back here again in October "

"A little off the main strip but an amazing hotel for the money! Right on the trolley line also. Rooms are quiet, beds are comfy, showers are hot, but AC wasn’t the best. The pool was under renovation but looks super nice. Staff was friendly. I would come again! Even saw some bears! I’d definitely stay here again "

"Check in was a breeze. We liked having a combination lock instead of a key for everyone to keep up with. We were able to check out the pool and games. The kids really enjoyed them. The unit we rented was very spacious for our size group."

"Office was closed when we arrived but had a sign posted that they were open till 8 pm. The key was in a lock box Asked for new sheets for the room but the cleaning staff had no fitted sheets only flat and we had to make up the bed our self. Asked for new towels and wash cloths towels were bought but never received wash cloths. In check out day no one was in the office no sign posted and the hotel door was locked to our room at 8 am when the check time was by 11 am. Just would have been nice if...
