The key was in a lock box Asked for new sheets for the room but the cleaning staff had no fitted sheets only flat and we had to make up the bed our self. Asked for new towels and wash cloths towels were bought but never received wash cloths. In check out day no one was in the office no sign posted and the hotel door was locked to our room at 8 am when the check time was by 11 am. Just would have been nice if...
