"Our room had a view of the castle, and was pleasantly spacious. The busy road in front, with a narrow pavement, was less ideal. Still well worth the trouble, and it would have been easier had we arrived before dark."

"Thoroughly enjoyed the independence that Two Bare Feet gave me Staying in conventional hotels around the country can become a chore. Its location with its five minute walk into the city centre makes it ideal The facilities and cleanliness were second to none. Only thing to let it down is the lack of property parking but overnight parking is around £7.30 a night and is an inconvenience not ideal for everyone. That said I would recommend it and would certainly stay there again Many thanks again...

"Tilly is an amazing host. Engaged but not intrusive. The property was perfect with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking can be tricky but not impossible. May just have to park around the corner. Details of facilities in the area were spot on and very useful. The Netflix went down just before we left which I would have reached out about if we were staying longer but was fine for the bulk of our stay. Would definitely return if staying in Portsmouth again. "Perfect location to main street (mall) of Canterbury only being maybe 10 minute or less walk. Well stocked to cater for guests including books for light reading. Heating system was very effective. Garden patio with table and chairs in front and back were appreciated on the fine, sunny days. Booklet of general town information and instructions for the heating system and tv etc kept us well informed. Check in information was easy to follow. "Stayed with my large extended family. This a place is very practical for the bedrooms and bathrooms and how close it is to London, Windsor castle, the highway and Lego land (which we didn’t go to). The living room furniture by the TV isn’t very strong. I see what the idea was with the futons to have extra sleeping space but it’s not great for adults to sit on, which why I give it four stars. The house is as described, but much better than the pictures can show. It is very comfortable with plenty of seating for six people, both in the lounge and the dining area.
