"It is exactly as the description says. Great place for multi generational family gathering. Games room packed with toys kept 4 year old entertained as did the table tennis for the teenagers. Walking distance to shops and beach. Well equipped with plenty of everything. Highly recommend"

"We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea."

"The house was very big, 3 floors and 4 bedrooms. But it was too old and nor maintained well. Main issue was were unable to lock the door, although we informed many times, send photos and videos, no one just came and checked it. "

We also packed light, so the washer was utilized as well. It was advertised that there was a dryer as well, but we could not see a way to dry the clothes and found it was just a washer, not a washer/dryer combo. There were no directions or contact info in the book, which would have been helpful. It was a great stay overall...

"A lovely holiday cottage in a great location. Couldn’t fault it - very clean, tastefully decorated, comfy bed, everything you could possibly need was included. The garden was ideal for the dog and, with the beach literally across the road and wonderful Hengistbury Head a 10 minute walk away, it was a Godsend. Damian was very quick to respond to any questions prior to our arrival - check in was simple and wine and delicious local biscuits in the kitchen as a welcome gift. We didn’t want to leave!"

"Wow! what a fabulous modern and contemporary home overlooking Hamble Marina, with the village shops just a 5 minute walk away. We stayed here with friends celebrating my 60th birthday and it was such an easy and relaxed place to socialise with a fantastic kitchen, living room and large jacuzzi. All bedrooms are very comfortable, light and roomy, each with their own en suite which was great. Would definitely recommend getting a private chef in which we did one evening, that was a real treat....
