"Poor restaurant with a not-up-to-date menu card with too much unhealthy food. Many of the waiters were simply not up to their jobs and the service level was not impressive in the restaurant - and at the morning buffets in particular. The mattresses were WAY too soft and given us all five family members a bad lower back and therefore not getting a good night's sleep. Don't go there - go to St. John Inn hotel on St. John instead - a super place with great service."

"The location was great, the grounds of the resort are well kept and look amazing, the room was great and also on a great location, CLEAN! The resort service was horrible, the ladies at the check in were nice, but had not received our reservation, I had to call VRBO, they tried to get me to call another number, but I refused to do so, I booked it trough VRBO and I expect them to assist me. The service at the restaurants is very slow, pool bar was the same slow service. I am happy we enjoy this...

"Great place to unwind and enjoy. Comfortable units, an on premise restaurant, swim up bar, pool, and a great view. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Beach is nice but once in the water the bottom is a bit rocky - some good swim shoes would have helped. The grounds around the resort are beautiful and well maintained. Would definitely stay again."

"We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. "The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). "My wife and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary in this beautiful villa. The owner Chris is beyond helpful and so easy to work with! Everything listed is accurate and we used this location, along with a rental car, to explore St. Thomas and St. John (used the car barge). The villa was exceptionally clean and the view is breathtaking. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Chris the owner was terrific. Gave us very detailed check in directions. In addition, Chris gave us good recommendations for dinner and beaches to visit. Location is very good, close to Sapphire beach, Lindquist beach and Red Hook. Villa had everything you could need including beach chairs which came in handy. Dinner at Old Stone Farmhouse was excellent as was Dinner at Pangea which is right on property. We rented a car which I would also recommend although there is a taxi stand walking...

"Vi boede i en bungalow direkte på stranden og det kan helt klart anbefales at betale det ekstra for at stå op til denne fantastiske udsigt. Der er god plads på standen og eventuelle gæster fra Krydstogtskibene får ikke lov til at optage pladsen. Direkte fra stranden er der gode muligheder for snorkling i roligt vand. Og der er masse af fisk, havskildpadder, blæksprutter mv. Den tilhørende bar og restaurant kan også anbefales. Værelset blev gjort rent hver dag, fejningen af terrassen var en smule...

"I had a fantastic stay at Bunker Hill with my Mrs and two daughters aged 5 and 9. Reading the reviews I was a bit concerned about how secure we would be and the state of the hotel, but it all turned out to be exaggerated and we had a fantastic stay at Bunker Hill. The family spirit from the front desk to the kitchen and Nephew Thomas assisting was truly amazing. The hotel is very well placed for tourists (in particular Danes wanting to see some historical sites). So can only recommend this place and you are certainly in good hands with the hotel providing assistance on tours etc. "
