"Easy check in process and great communication! Very clean and comfortable place to relax. On the quieter side of the island takes about 20-25 Mins to drive from Cruz Bay. Short 10-15 mins drive to Maho Bay. Great property would stay again!"

"This was an amazing spot, great views, beautiful landscaping and wonderful decor. The kitchen was well stocked and they had beach gear including a cooler and umbrella which made our beach experience amazing. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms cozy. The manager met us in town to bring us to the unit, which I have mixed feelings about, however she was friendly and said that it helped the client not get lost, which I can see could be a problem. "The place looks even better in person, beautiful ocean view and located right in the middle of everything! You can walk to a beach, pool, hot tub and 2 restaurants. Even a beach rental hut. The beach is very nice, there is seaweed on the ocean floor there but you float with no effort so no worries and many white sand beaches with in driving distance. "The property (and views from it) were as wonderful as advertised! We visited a different beach almost every day, and then relaxed at night, often on the deck overlooking the bay. Paul was amazing, and responded immediately - and with a fantastically friendly demeanor - any time we had a question. The property was very well-stocked with pool and beach supplies, as well as towels, dishes/silverware, and general house supplies. We had a terrific vacation!"

"Perfect get away spot for 2 people. Very private with good water views. Well equipped. Pool was great but had no hand railings for entering the water. The king size bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, although the mattress was 33 inches above the floor and difficult for a short person to get into. Overall it was a great experience."

"Best vacation stay ever! Gorgeous views of Coral Bay, easy access the North shore park beaches (favorite snorkel at Waterlemon Cay), the east end of the island to Haulover and the South to get to Miss Lucy's, Rams Head and Salt Pond. While it was a short easy drive back to Cruz Bay, our preference was enjoying the local spots right at the bottom of the hill. The house had a well stocked kitchen and we really enjoyed the relaxed approach to "leave it behind"...condiments, beer etc... check out...

"From beginning to end, this was the easiest vacation booking we’ve ever done. Miss Gail is so communicative and answers every message in a timely manner. She and her husband hosted us and we had the most incredible time. Her home is exactly as described in the listing. We had privacy and the location was perfect. Pool is an incredible afternoon. Reward from a long day at the beach. This was our third trip to St. Thomas and on our fourth return we will definitely be staying with Miss Gail!!!"

"My wife and I spent two weeks at this lovely house and wanted to cry on the last day. If you haven’t been to ST. JOHN you need to go. This house is in the perfect spot if you want peace and quiet with a wonderful view. The house has everything you need and the owner was a joy to work with. This is definitely one of our favorite houses we’ve stayed at."

"We had an incredible stay at Huis Ann Zee! The property is exactly as described and the images of the views don’t do it justice. "This was our first stay, but Eureka Villa is truly our home away from home. We prepared many meals at home and the kitchen had ALL that we needed and more. The food left for us from Sam and Jacks was so delicious and left us wanting more!! We ordered lunch from them daily! With the plethora of towels, chairs, snorkels, fins and sunshades we were well equipped for the many beach days we had! Jackie and the other staff were easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. We will surely be back...

"Vi boede i en bungalow direkte på stranden og det kan helt klart anbefales at betale det ekstra for at stå op til denne fantastiske udsigt. Der er god plads på standen og eventuelle gæster fra Krydstogtskibene får ikke lov til at optage pladsen. Direkte fra stranden er der gode muligheder for snorkling i roligt vand. Og der er masse af fisk, havskildpadder, blæksprutter mv. Den tilhørende bar og restaurant kan også anbefales. Værelset blev gjort rent hver dag, fejningen af terrassen var en smule...

"I had a fantastic stay at Bunker Hill with my Mrs and two daughters aged 5 and 9. Reading the reviews I was a bit concerned about how secure we would be and the state of the hotel, but it all turned out to be exaggerated and we had a fantastic stay at Bunker Hill. The family spirit from the front desk to the kitchen and Nephew Thomas assisting was truly amazing. The hotel is very well placed for tourists (in particular Danes wanting to see some historical sites). So can only recommend this place and you are certainly in good hands with the hotel providing assistance on tours etc. "
