"I loved everything , from the stay to the staff to our rooms. Great hotel"

"Check-in time showed 3:00 pm but we did nto get out room until after 5:00 becasue it was not ready. It was the middle of the week, not a weekend, so totally not expected. Had to go to the deks to ask if room was ready at 5:00 and it was not. They ended up giving us another room besides the one we booked. Got in room at 5:30. Makes for a long day when you are already waiting due to an ealy flight arrival."

"The room was pretty much clean except for the toilet and tub. Staff was helpful and did everything the fix the issue. Will recommend this hotel."

"We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately. Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away. Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately. They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min. When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling. The pool is great...

"Being some type of air freshener with you because the rugs smell funny and the vent from the air conditioning system smells worse. The rugs need to be replaced, they are outdated."

"Room was dirty, bathroom was even worse, hallways smelled like wet dog, one elevator didn’t work & the one that did work was disgusting. Floors creaked in the room. Power went out in the middle of the night one day. Had to turn the lights in the kitchen on so that the rest of the lights in the room would work. Would NOT recommend."

"The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast offerings are typical fare. There’s an additional charge for parking that I didn’t know about til I checked in. The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly!"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool is very nice. Hotel is out of date though. Elevator kept going out. There is NO gym or they decided to close it while we were there. Several places to eat around hotel and Seaworld is very close."

"It’s a good hotel for the price, I needed to stay one night on NW S.A. The pool was nice and clean which was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed the water for the hour she was in and I enjoyed the sun beating down on me😁(one word, “UMBRELLA”)"

"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "
