We had a blast! Would definitely return. The yoga classes were great and inexpensive. Sayulita is amazing but a bit expensive.

LA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE PUEDE MEJORAR
Nuestra habitación fue la 106 y era bastante cómoda con baño propio; sin embargo, la limpieza de los blancos podría mejorar, pues las cobijas huelen bastante a humedad y algunas toallas son tan viejas que están deshilachadas o casi transparentes. Al llegar nos atendió un joven extremadamente agradable de acento francés, pero el check-in lo hicimos cuando había dos señoritas a cargo. Una de ellas, en especial, fue bastante grosera con nosotros y lo fue también con otros clientes. Nunca se nos comentó cómo redimir la bebida de cortesía ni pudimos usar instalaciones como la cocina o el cine. La alberca es demasiado honda para el mexicano promedio, por lo que la mayoría de la gente se queda en la orilla. Por la mala atención de las chicas en recepción, no volveríamos.

checked out hours later
Location was good, hotel looked just like the picture. The walk to the beach was only a few blocks away. We couldn't check in until 3, and they let us use the pool, thank goodness. We went to the beach for about an hour and went back to the room with intentions of napping then going out in the town but we had to leave 5 hours after check in. Air conditioner didn't work, the front desk person came to check it out and said, "sorry", that was it. We overheard another person complaining that their air conditioning was broken also. The heat was unbearable. We called a cab and left Sayulita.

The hotel is okay but it needs more room service. The room was missing water bottles, coffee, iron these are necessary items that all rooms must have. Did not like the check out they had to inspect the room before they returned the deposit money for the hotel keys.

I will stay here again
The only hiccup was during check-in, they gave us a room that was already occupied. So it took a bit longer than expected for us to get settled in. Everything after this was awesome! Great location, food, and service.

Right in the center of Sayulita, and so close to the beach! The staff was so helpful and kind. The room was a little darker than I’d like, but it seems to keep it cool. What’s a plus is that you can schedule transportation back to PVR airport at the front desk too. Selina’s bar was so fun on karaoke night (Thursdays), I wish we went there more! Ended up making awesome new friends there too. :)

I was worried about the noise since so many people complained about it, but we had no issues. It is loud, don't get me wrong, and maybe because our room was in the mid part of the building, it was tolerable, I was able to sleep fine. The pool was very warm, and pleasant on the body, but could be cleaner, those wooden bits were filling it and made it less pleasant to swim in. The food was good, but service was very slow, slower than in other areas around. Some people who were working would take common areas and we could not use them. It was kind of annoying since hotel was offering working spaces specifically for that. Overall we had a great time and I would strongly recommend staying there.

D'abord assurez-vous d'avoir bien regardé l'adresse avant de vous rendre. Mon chauffeur de taxi et moi avons eu toutes les mesures de trouver le lieu qui n'était pas bien indiqué sur Google Maps. Après avoir demandé à des locaux, ils nous ont orienté beaucoup plus loin que ce Goggle maps indiquait (tout près de l'hôtel Sayulinda c'est ce que je vous conseille d'inscrire). En somme, un très bel hôtel de jeunesse avec lit propre, confortable et chambre nettoyée tous les jours. Personnel très attentionné au bien-être animal et serviable. Soyez avisé que si vous avez une chambre côté rue, vous ne dormirez pas tranquille si vous avez le sommeil léger. Musique bruyante ayant cessée à 6h am , oui oui! 6h am.

If you value your sleep, this is not the place for you. With the rock hard beds and pounding DJ music next door from 8pm to until 2-3am every night. We were unaware of these details when booking. On the plus side, and what we were really looking forward to…They offer surf lessons, nice restaurant, only a couple blocks from the beach, right off the center of town, so it is very conveniently located.

Las camas son súper cómodas, la alberca súper rica. A una cuadra de la playa. De los pocos lugares que aceptan tarjeta en Sayulita. El restaurante está rico :). Tiene muchos baños comunitarios.

El servicio de las personas que atienden es bueno, las áreas comunes son buenas, la alberca es pequeña pero está limpia y el agua está calientita, los cuartos el que me toco a mi fue malo, muy pequeño no tenía baño no había donde poner las cosas, no tenía ventilación había humedad olía a humedad llovió y tenía goteras se echuchaba lo de arriba el ruido lo de abajo y lo de los lados estaba muy encerrado, los baños son comunitarios pero les falta limpieza

Staff was not friendly…definitely not welcoming upon arrival nor during the stay. They were very friendly amongst themselves, but while waiting to be acknowledged it was as if we were interrupting their conversation. Great location to plaza. Rooms were small, but were clean and served its purpose. They had clean restrooms for guests to use in lobby and also had cold water filters in the lobby, which was a plus.

Clean hostel feel
The place is nice and clean but it’s more of a hostel feel. You have long term and short term tenants that live there. It was a shared bathroom situation but the bathrooms are clean and they are attended at least three to four times a day. There is about three bathrooms per floor and they are individual bathrooms with a shower. No locker room or dorm style bathrooms. The rooms are really small but over all enjoyable. If you’re looking for a laid back surfer/ hippy style hostel feels than this is the place.
