Hotel med 5 værelser tæt på seværdigheder i Rom.
Den første nat fik vi ikke det værelse vi havde bestilt.Vi fik et værelse uden vinduer, hvilket ikke var særlig behageligt. Det værelse vi havde bestilt fik vi på dag 2 ved et tiden. Personalet bestod af en person som var meget venlig og hjælpsom.

WARNING AVOID AVOID This is not a Hotel, This is not a Guesthouse. It’s a room and if you want the breakfast on offer you have to leave the building and go across the road to a cafe. I have a disputed at the moment with my credit card about this diabolical establishment. When you check the reviews BELIEVE the bad reviews as they are TRUE. SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM.

Dear customer, we regret that your stay at our hotel was not to your liking, but I want to clarify things .. if you at the time of booking well read the profile of our structure, could perfectly understand that it was a guest hause .. as for breakfast, I highly recommend not to write fake, because it is true that you have to cross the road (2 meters) but it is also true that it is a QUALITY breakfast, unlike other hotels that they give the buffet breakfast with discount food. finally, please do not do this kind of reviews, as they do not describe the structure, but it's just a spite of his, for not having breakfast in the room.

Great room! Review for iRooms Central Station iSpa
This review is not for the Spanish Steps but for the Central station iRooms. We booked the iZen suite at the Spanish steps, so that we could be close to the Spanish steps and have an in-room jetted tub. Sadly on the day of arrival we received a message that the jacuzzi in that room had been acting up and the room was out of service for a week, therefore transferring us to the iSpa suite at the iRooms Central Station. I very much enjoyed the room we received as it was clean, close to the Colosseum, easy to find, and still had a large jetted tub. The room came with a complimentary mini fridge that was restocked every day and it came with a bottle opener. The glass bathroom door to the shower and toilet room were broken, but that did not affect the use of either of the two as there was another door for the bathroom that could be closed. The iPad was a cool touch, as you could change the colors of the lights and use it like you would at home, Netflix, Spotify, etc. Only recommendation I would give the hotel is to only give admin access to the iPad so that apps could not be downloaded as I was able to do so without an iTunes password. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark and quiet at night. The jetted tub was clean and so nice, as it was built into the floor. If this hotel was my booking I would give it a 5/5 and definitely stay again. Due to the inconvenience I give the Spanish Steps a 4/5.

Tutto splendido, devo però lamentarmi del fatto che alla partenza la ragazza alla reception chiama il taxi e mi garantisce che in 5 minuti sarebbe arrivato... non sapeva nulla che il centro di Roma era chiuso per una maratona e il risultato è che ho perso l'aereo anche partendo 2 ore e mezza prima del volo, pagando 600 € per due biglietti un'ora dopo. Credo che il servizio di un hotel dovrebbe comprendere anche queste semplici e banali informazioni.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!
DO NOT BOOK HERE! We showed up and no one was there to receive us. We had to go to the café next door to ask if they knew anything about this hotel and they called the receptionist to help us out. 30 mins later the manager shows up and tells us that the room was no longer available! Then HE LIED to us saying that he booked us at another one of there property '5 mins away' which was almost 3km away! They gave us an 'upgraded' room at another property which we did not want to stay in and would not refund anything. STAY AWAY from this hotel, incompetent and deceitful staff and you risk showing up with a confirmation and nowhere to stay! Ive been a gold member on hotels.com for 8 years and this was hands down the WORST stay I have ever had. Buyer beware.

Dear Daniel, I'm sorry for what happened, but I want to point out that you were aware of the marriage because we talked to you the day before, and moreover we sent you two emails with the details of the new place. Unfortunately, we had a mistake on the portals, and your bookshop came in, although we did not have availability. It's not even nice what you've written, because you have not even seen how it is within our structure, and this can affect the choice of our future customers who will read your comment. Great visit to Rome.
The room was o.k. The glass table tops on either side of the bed had cracks in. Apart from that the room was a boutique style room and was very good for our purpose. Which was to sleep and shower. No coffee making faclities which is a shame. We had to eat breakfast in a restaraunt across from were the hotel was situated, but seeing this was only 15ft away it was not an issue. The hotel or rooms where situated in a back road about 100 mtrs from the Spanish Steps tourist attraction which was superb. We could not have asked for a better base to do our sightseeing tour from. The staff where very friendly and helpful. We would return to Rome which is a superb city. People led us to believe it was dirty but we did not see any off this. Every corner you turned their was another square with sometjing to see. We took a hop on hop off bus for 48 hrs which was o.k but you still had to do a lot of walking. Fitbit reading 90,000 steps over 4 days. Very good four night stay. Cost of drinks could vary greatly. Three course meal reasonably priced. Great aura around the city. Walking through history. One of thr best if not the best we have visited.

Helt okej
det var bra men något nedgånget. läget är perfekt. frukosten på La buvett är fantastisk. vi bodde i ett av jacuzzi rummen. (iroom) men vi utnyttjade inte jacuzzin. sängen är bekväm och vi sov gott. rummet är rymligt och svalt. dock saknade vi en riktig garderob. vatten, cola och en twix liknande godis fylls på dagligen i minibaren. överlag är vi nöjda men fanns en del damm i hörnen. Storstädning och uppdatering av jacuzzi hade varit önskvärt.

Nice quite hotel right near the Spanish steps
Great small hotel for sightseeing. In a brilliant location right next to the Spanish steps. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside was there was only one window which was facing into a courtyard so didn't let much light into the room and the internet kept cutting out. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast across the street was basic but nice and got us off to a good start. We stayed in the room with the hot tub which was amazing however we only used it once and I would advice anyone staying there to take full advantage of it!!

Hôtel tout près de la Piazza Spagna.
Un hôtel offrant toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjours à Rome. Déjeuner offert en collaboration avec un restaurant en face qui est parfait pour bien débuter la journée. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé près de la Piazza Spagna. Un mini frigo est regarni de bouteilles d'eau à tous les jours.

Great stay for a weekend away
Fab stay staff were welcoming and the idioms is in a good location just off the Spanish steps. Breakfast was served in the cafe just opposite and was lovely. The rooms were clean and comfy ... we stayed in the i cube which had funky lighting.

Great hotel in a perfect location
We had the most amazing few days in Rome, staying at Irooms Spanish steps! The room was lovely, the staff really welcoming and the location was just perfect!! We were able to walk EVERYWHERE and then come back to soak our tired legs in the big double jacuzzi bath!! The only thing missing was hot drinks in the room but that is just a preference as we are British haha :-)

Perfect hotel by Spanish Steps
I stayed in iZen and the room looked just like the photos. The jacuzzi was super relaxing after walking around Rome all day. There are many cute delicious restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included at a very authentic coffee shop in front of the hotel. I would definitely return.

Tolles Guestroom-Konzept
Tolles Guestroom-Konzept mitten im Herzen von Rom, viele wichtige Hotspots sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die sehr modern gestalteten, schallisolierten Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, freiem WLAN etc. bieten einen schönen ruhigen Gegenpol zu dem pulsierenden Leben draußen. Die Menschen an der Rezeption sind eher schon als herzlich zu bezeichen, statt einfach nur als freundlich. Auch die (optionale) hoteleigene Organisation des Transfers vom Fluhafen und zurück hat reibungslos funktioniert. Ein weiteres Highlight: Das Frühstück nimmt man in der direkt dem Eingang gegenüberliegenden Bar ein, die auch bei den Einheimischen aus dem Viertel sehr beliebt ist. Somit fühlt man sich von Anfang an weniger als Tourist, sondern eher ein bischen wie ein Anwohner im Kiez. Unser Fazit: Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Hôtel très bien placé, aucun bruit.
L'hôtel est très bien placé, a proximité des restaurants et métro. Les monuments sont situés a 15 min a pied, ce qui permet de se balader facilement de jour comme de nuit ! Le personnel est chaleureux, sympathique et disponible. Propreté de la chambre très bien. Le petit déjeuné compris est très bon.

Für mich der ideale Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden. Zustand des Zimmers war erfreulich gut. Funktionierte alles, Ausstattung wie beschrieben und auch sauber. Frühstück gibt es in der Bar/Restaurant gegenüber. Angegeben ist Buffett, stimmt aber nicht ganz. Man bekommt 3 Dinge, Getränk, was Herzhaftes und was Süßes. Qualität ist sehr gut und war für mich ausreichend. Wer mehr essen und trinken möchte zahlt zusätzlich. Wasser gibt es in der Minibar auf dem Zimmer ohne Berechnung. Hotellage ist mitten in der Altstadt. Liegt zwischen der Spanische Treppe, ist ums Eck ca. 2 Minuten und Piazza de Popolo ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ich habe die Sehenswürdigkeiten die mich interessierten zu Fuß erreichen können. Weiteste Entfernung war das Colosseum ca. 30. Minuten. Ist durch die Lage bedingt nicht ganz leise. Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt würde ich es wieder buchen.

Great location and staff
Stayed here for 2 nights. Warm welcome on arrival. Room looked fantastic. Big comfortable bed. Had the room with jacuzzi bath which was very nice to have in the room. Room tidied each day, drinks refilled. Staff was keen to help with anything. Overal had a perfect stay.

Un po troppo rumoroso
La camera era un po troppo "nido d'amore" ma comunque era grande e ben accessoriata. Il personale cordiale e disponibile. L'unico problema è stato il rumore della strada che non mi ha permesso di riposare adeguatamente. Lo consiglierei a chi è a Roma per turismo non per viaggi di lavoro.
