Dejligt Hotel med god morgenmad,
Vi kommer gerne igen... hyggelig beliggenhed , tæt på transportmuligheder og tæt på Colusseum og den smukke kirke Skt. Maria Maggiore. Mange restauranter i nabolaget. Godt kvarter for slentretur i gaderne med små unikke butikker.

Hyggeligt hotel med værelser i barok stil
Lille hotel i side gade med værelser med hyggelige og varme farver i barok stil. Senge en smule hårde, men blev afhjulpet med ekstra topmadras ved forespørgsel hos receptionen. Morgenmaden fin med pænt udvalg fra varm røræg til toasts og youghurt. Kaffe/ te til fri afbenyttelse om eftermiddagen. Venlig reception som var behjælpelig med at anbefale steder i byen samt transport. Hotellet liggende mellem Termini og M-stationen Cavour med ca. 20 min i gåafstand til Colosseum. Havde også paraply service, som blev benyttet den sidste dag med strid regnvejr. Vi kan kun anbefale hotellet.

dejlig mindre hotel med et rigtig godt personale
Blev taget godt imod ved ankomsten hvor vi fik hjælp til at finde en manglende kuffert. Næste morgen blev vi mødt af hjælpsomme morgenmad personale, som fik os placeret ved et bord og var ret så hjælpsomme, hvilket gik igen ved receptionen. I det hele taget en god oplevelse: godt rent værelse - hjælpsomme personale - godt morgenmad - centralt placeret med gode restauranter indenfor ret så kort afstand og alt indenfor gå afstand

They were doing construction on the building which I wish we had of known. I probably would have stayed somewhere else! Did not like the noise. And workers being right outside our room.

Our family stayed in one of their family rooms, with a queen and a twin. Nice size room, good distance between the two beds, so there was a bit of separation, which was nice. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Always lots of staff at the front desk, friendly, helpful, and very multi-lingual. If you only speak English, you'll do fine at this hotel. The breakfast is also great. Simple, but fresh, and the lovely staff will get you a cappuccino (or two). Really good way to start your day. Location is a bit outside of the 'thick of things', which we found nice. Very walkable, particularly close to the Colosseum and Termini station.

Great staff, the family room is fantastic, great breakfast, comfy beds and a good location. Rome is a weird place to find a hotel, but this one is a good choice.

This is a great hotel. It is within walking distance of everything you would want to see in Rome. The train station is only a 9 minute walk from the hotel. The staff go above and beyond and they are extremely helpful.

The hotel was under construction during our stay. But overall was very clean. The rooms were nice and a good size. Walking distance to many things. Definitely recommend.

When we arrived at the property to drop off our luggage we were told that our room would not be ready at the time of check-in, but would instead be ready an hour later. When we went back an hour later the room was still not ready. Our check-in was supposed to be at 2, we were not able to check-in until after 7. When we finally checked in, our room was in an active construction zone, which was not disclosed to us when we paid full price for the room. I would have never paid full price for an incomplete room in an area that was being worked on. In our room, the mirror in the bathroom wasn’t mounted but was taped to the wall, our rain showerhead didn’t work, our thermostat didn’t work, and our tv didn’t work. The rain shower wasn’t fixed until a few days before we left and the thermostat never got fixed. The only thing we got out of all of this was a free €12 breakfast.

Wonderful and attentive staff, excellent location, 12 min walk from the Rome Termini train station and walkable distance to all main attractions. Very quiet at night. Very clean. Cozy italian themed rooms. Terrace on top floor waa closed in February, opens in April, looked nice though! Thanks Hotel Raffaello for a relaxing and comfortable week stay.

La atención fue buena, el desayuno estuvo bien y la estancia amplia y cómoda. Lo único que no agrada mucho es donde se encuentra ubicada. Sí es una ventaja que está muy cerca de la estación del tren, pero sí queda más retirada del centro, además que los alrededores se ven sucios.

Nos alegramos de que haya sido una experiencia agradable y que entre los aspectos que más le gustaron, mencionó la amabilidad de nuestro personal, el desayuno y la comodidad de la habitacion. Sin embargo, nos sorprende su información sobre nuestra ubicación, que está en pleno centro de la ciudad. Como habrá visto el centro de Roma es muy amplio y los varios monumentos estan alrededor de toda la ciudad. Pretty great stays. They were renovating, but the staff was great and the hotel was in a great place. Bed was very comfy.

Nice Stay, Convenient, A Little Rustic Due to Reno
The place is under renovation. It does impact the stay. The staff is excellent. They are friendly, efficient, helpful, and professional. The property is located about a 10 walk (uphill from the hotel) to Termini. So, that's very convenient depending on your plans.

What can you say about a hotel that places your room for 4 nights directly above construction? From before 8am until the afternoon every day the room was uninhabitable while constant hammering shook the room. Not only that, but the room had clearly been unswept, as there was a single used slipper right under the bed. The location was great and the staff friendly, but s very uncomfortable stay.
