Fremragende
Skønt lille hotel lige ved siden af Vatikan museumet. Dejligt rent og pænt værelse med masser af plads. Morgenmaden var god, og de ansatte var super flinke. Tæt på metro og mange gode restauranter i nærområdet. Kan bestemt anbefales :-)

Et fint hotel med en meget fin service. Meget venlige og imødekommende personale. Tæt på alt og fin service ift transport til og fra lufthavnen. Kan anbefales.

You booked a Classic room, we encourage you to try our Superior Rooms larger and more comfortable as you can see from the photos and descriptions, the next time you visit Rome. We are always available to our customers to solve any inconvenience during the stay and in any case it has been a pleasure to host you.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Museum. If you are looking for a luxury stay this is not it but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel with very friendly staff this is the place. You can’t beat the location as it literally minutes to the Vatican. There are lots of restaraunts, bars etc in the area as well. Breakfast was pretty basic but sufficient. Even getting to the other attractions in Rome was easy, just ask the front desk to arrange a cab and it will cost 16-20 Euros to any of the sites. The Metro station is only minutes away as well. All in all we highly recommend this facility.

VERY happy with my visit, and I hope to see them again on another trip. PRO TIP: do the breakfast at the hotel. I was sad with the breakfast offerings nearby... Especially the one a street over that advertised an English breakfast. The team was extremely helpful - the only thing I wish they could have done was include directions to the hotel from the airport on the website. That would have helped my arrival a lot. That having been said, the front desk crew made my visit flawless, answering a lot of questions for me, and welcoming me like family!

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, nahe dem Vatikan. U-Bahn in 5 Minuten Gehzeit erreichbar. Zimmer sauber, groß, Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück einfach, aber ausreichend. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht- für Kurzurlaub absolut empfehlenswert!

Al momento della prenotazione, offriamo diversi tipi di camere: Standard, Classic, Deluxe e Suite. In base al prezzo si ottiene una qualità superiore. Lei ha prenotato una camera Standard, camere non rinnovate e senza bidet e per questo con i prezzi più bassi, come è possibile vedere dalle foto e alla descrizione che riflettono esattamente il tipo di camera; la invitiamo a provare le nostre camere di livello superiore la prossima volta che visiterà Roma.Speriamo di avervi presto nostri ospiti!

The property was across from the Vatican Museum and many shops and restaurants around the area. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice and really appreciated. We would stay here again.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit sehr netten Angestellten. Beste Lage. Roms Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuß oder mit ein paar Stationen mit der Metro zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

This is a great location near the Vatican. Our tour meeting point was across from the hotel entrance which very convenient. Updated rooms were nice. Breakfast was alright but there are many restaurants you could eat at. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Bottled water for purchase at the front desk was nice.

No kettle, no hot water, the dining area closes after breakfast. Room is not sound proof so you can hear the footsteps and the noise next door. Bathroom needs remodeling.

Estadia razoável.
É um hotel antigo, com elevador minúsculo. Não gostei do fato deles cobrarem o cartão de crédito antes da gente chegar, quando está escrito que o pagamento seria na acomodação. Achei o banheiro bem sujo e velho, vi vários defeitos que me incomodaram demais. Tinham uns bombons na recepção, e quando meu marido ia pegar, tinha uma recepcionista que olhava para ele de cara feia. Também não dão água gratuitamente. Fizemos uma eurotrip e em todos os hotéis que fomos recebemos água gratuitamente. Ademais, achei o hotel, apesar de pertissimo do Vaticano, distante do metro. Possui uma estação de ônibus próxima, mas a estação de metrô mais perto eh a cerca de 10 minutos. Se voltar a Roma, provavelmente me hospedarei em outro lugar.

We honestly don't understand your comment regarding payment: As we explained to you at check-in, to guarantee your reservation we check if the credit card is valid; we do a pre-authorization, which means the amount of the first night is blocked. IT IS NOT A CHARGE.In fact, when you checked in you paid directly at the hotel.We are also surprised by your negative comment on the cleanliness of the room and our staff which is one of our strong points. We always advise our guests to report any problem or complaint during their stay so we can find a solution immediately.Our location is very central, as you also said we are in front of the Vatican City and a 5/10 minute walk to the subway.In any case we hope you took away some good memories of our beautiful city.

Very friendly man and woman checked us in the morning. Felt really welcomed and happy to visit Rome again. The hotel is located just on the side of the Vatican Museum. Very nice area to walk, shop, drink, eat. Love their suite, big and you'll have your own cute little veranda in the back. Bathroom is clean and modern. I will stay here again if ever I come back to Rome for the 3rd time.
