"We spent 3 nights at Sa’Moana and had a fantastic time. The staff were wonderful - attentive but not overbearing, and a pleasure to chat to and get to know. The setting by the beach is beautiful, and the rooms are well spaced out along the coast, interspersed with palm trees which gives them a very private feel. "we arrived as planned late at night and were shown to our room by the driver. There were pools of rainwater on the floor. The AC outside the window was making a humming noise which made it impossible to sleep. We were given a ground-floor room although we had been promised a 1st-floor room. Although we were moved upstairs the next day, this was just the beginning of a not-very-successful stay. The grounds and the rooms are ok (apart from the noisy AC), but the staff appears tired and unenthusiastic particularly in the restaurant and in the reception. Getting a wifi code (to the very bad wifi) was a long process that could only be handled by the director within her working hours. Breakfast is substandard. The driver was the only exception to this "
