"Lovely cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and huge living room with the fireplace. It is set on amazing location with great views of Kimakia river and tea plantation. Stuff was very polite and helpful, they are available 24h a day. There is also power generator in case of power failure. The road to the property is a bit tricky, especially last kilometer or two. Our overall experiance was great, highly recommended!"

"The hotel is at the Bubbles Restaurant. The building is nice and comfortable, but without air conditioning. The biggest complaint is that Google could not find it, and their directions are not good. Staff was courteous."

"Recently stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon trip to Kenya. After a week on safari the amenities were much appreciated, and from our experience, this hotel is one of the most luxurious in the country. WiFi in common areas was fine, room views of watering hole were amazing. Staff was extremely friendly. Lots of animals everyday at the watering hole, there are many openings to the outdoors so plan on bringing warm clothes even when hanging out inside. The beds could afford to be a bit more...

"The property is older but clean and well maintained. There are several different restaurants on site but they all use the same menu. The food is quite good, and the breakfast buffet that comes with most rooms has a good variety of items and good quality. Our main concern was the noise levels. The first night we were there, they had a DJ playing full blast in the pool area until nearly 5 am. I asked the front desk twice to lower the volume levels. "I was very disappointed with Paleo hotel, The shower water in the wet room did not drain away, so was always wet and slippery. The window rattled in the wind. I stayed for 2 nights, paid my bill and left really I should have refused to pay for the 2 nights as I left there very sick probably caused because of the problems with the the drainage. The food was not up to much either I wished I had gone else where "

"Shower rooms are filthy. There was no toilet seat in my room and floor was dirty. Bed and room decor were good. Staff is low caliber and need training. Managers were not available to respond to my concerns. "

"The discount via Expedia and the entire payment was not accepted (not working, bla). I had to pay again. The rooms were not ready and the check-in delayed. The staff was slow and not helpful. It is NOT worth the money. We could not even leave the premises, as the guard was not willing to open the gate. They suspected us to have not payed! Stay away and go somewhere else."
