"By far the best VRBO our family has rented! Super clean property, super white towels and sheets, property is nicer than the pictures. My teens picked this property because of the 80’s Hawaiian vibe and we loved it, so fun! Great location! "If you want a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle this is the place! Clean, well maintained, great privacy, and great communication. Really nice patio where birds visit and you can sit sipping your coffee, and gaze into lush tropical surroundings and the sea at the horizon. On the smaller side, so if you want to cook and eat, you will have to work with limited space, a microwave and refrigerator. Otherwise perfect!"

"We love staying at Ali'i Villa condos, and Paul's condo was no exception. We love having the washer/dryer, and the designated parking spot. We had everything we needed for our Big Island stay. Paul was so accommodating when we had a little issue while there. He did everything he could do to remedy the situation in a timely and friendly manner. "If you're looking for a no frills beach bungalow, this is the place for you. I loved the beach cottage feel and the location was perfectly nestled across the street from the ocean and near many restaurants and shopping. I especially loved the lobby/office kitty that greeted me upon arrival with purrrrs and greeted me again at check-out. It had a warm and pleasant atmosphere filled with Aloha.🌺"

"A fantastic place to stay! We found this place on the day that Kona airport closed due to a runway crack. Diana is a great host. "The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Well equipped with everything we needed to make meals and also items for our beach days (towels, chairs, umbrella). We had no issues whatsoever with the condo itself; our only issue was the rooster(s) we heard every morning starting around 4:30am."
