"Nice place, room was spacious and very clean. Staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. Issue was that the main bed was a Murphy bed, and not very supportive or comfortable. (Room was big enough where bed did not have to be a Murphy bed). Don’t know if my back could have handled it for another day or 2. Did not say that in room description. Stated it was a queen bed and sleeper sofa. "

"I like the vibe huttopia is going for and it’s an absolute family friendly gem, however our hit carpet was extremely dirty, the door didn’t close off completely which let inall the bugs overnight , our tent also had an area the zipper was completely broken which gave more room for allCreatures to comeIn. I stuffed it with a towel to make due . The lighting paths could be better to the huts at night. Love the vibe and what they tried to do , but we will not be going back. "

"It was clean and fully lit up when we got there, with a bottle of wine waiting for us. We are not wine drinkers, but a nice gesture. It was a bit smaller than expected (I believe the photos make it appear bigger), but the LR furniture and queen bed were pretty comfortable (with no shortage of pillows). Having a comfortable bed always rates high on our list when looking for lodging and you never know what you’re going to get. There was, however, an odd noise (much like a random drip on a drum)...

"Beautiful family and dog friendly spot located across from a stunning lake. Not only was this entire property clean, well maintained it was family friendly and dog friendly. There is a free arcade, that the whole family enjoyed and free coffee 24 hours. There were also two fire pits, corn hole, and a small mini golf setup. All this walking distance from Alton Bay restaurants, ice cream and lake access. We had a wonderful time and the owners were very responsive regarding any questions."

"The property is affordable and very clean. The owner and his family were warm and accommodating. The location was perfect for my teen children — they loved the kayaks, the small swimming area, and the location. They could walk to town for ice cream and have a little independence. "My niece and I were super excited before we even got there, and upon arrival were saying things like “Is this even real?!” As to say, I can believe we are staying here!! Loved the simple, yet elegant decor. We enjoyed the quiet sunset on the pond, while the fireflies danced on our arms. We ended the day relaxing to our favorite songs in the hot tub, and had a couple s’mores in the fire pit.
