"When I checked yesterday, I requested a cot to accommodate the 3 of us that were staying in our room. The front desk staff assured me that I would get one. Later I stopped by the front desk on my way out to an event to remind her to have someone bring the cot to my room. We came back to our room around midnight and there was no cot.
