Tæt på metro
Et relativt nyt hotel, beligende tæt på Grand Arche. Den helt store fordel ved hotellet er at det ligger meget tæt på metro-stationen, hvorfor det tager ca. 10 min til Triumfbuen. Det største minus er morgenmaden, der slet ikke står i mål med prisen (€25)

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the upside, my room had hot water, which was a relief because some of my colleagues weren't so lucky. However, the front counter service left much to be desired. When we all checked in together, I ended up being the odd one out and couldn't get sorted even after waiting for over an hour. It was frustrating to see my colleagues handled promptly while I was left standing there. Eventually, one of them had to intervene before I could finally get checked in. The service overall was disappointing, and it's hard not to wonder if my experience had anything to do with being the only Asian in our group. Hopefully, this was just a one-off situation, but it definitely put a damper on an otherwise decent stay.

My only dislike was the fact that there was no pressure in the shower head and the faucet mécanisme wasn’t working properly. That was in room 834.

Not worth your money
Hotel is worn, paint on trummis are missing. Plumbing is failat and sprays all over bathroom. Elevators are crazy and make you wait for 5 minuters, satirs are not an option. Breakfast is not retfulles. Coffemachines but no cups. Poot selection of bread. Hard to get service, nompeopöe in sight.

It was good although the breakfast area was very busy and some food stuffs not replenished. I also had an issue with cleaning staff trying to get into my room.

The property is near a train-station and shopping center which made it very convenient to travel to the city center of paris and back. The breakfast is epic with a wide verity of options to choose from. The property also has a restaurant which is convenient. The room cleaning service is also very nice, our room was clean every day during or stay. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The hotel is ideally located for activities taking place at La Défense (in this case à concert at the Arena). It is also a 5 minutes walk from Paris public transport system; so you can be downtown in no time with Metro line 1. Bottom line: great location, comfortable room, well-managed property and extremely friendly and competent staff. Warmly recommended.

Nice stay for business
Good location near the metro so it is easy to get into downtown Paris. Not a lot to eat in the area so you need to travel to dinner. Make sure to allocate time for traffic during rush hour as it can be a longer commute via taxi / car.

La mia stanza era completamente al freddo. Avevo pagato la tariffa con colazione compresa ma mi hanno addebitato la colazione. Alla mia richiesta di togliere il costo della colazione l’addetta al desk è stata irremovibile. Ho dovuto chiamare dopo con una perdita di tempo inutile per farmi togliere finalmente il prezzo della colazione che non è banale, 27 euro al giorno.

Located in the newer Paris area. Huge shopping mall 5 minute walk. The breakfast buffet was great! Staff was amazing and everything was perfect. Will definitely come back in the future!

The staff at the property were extremely pleasant and helpful. The property is in a very modern and safe area with a convenient 5-minute walk to the train, shopping and dining. The mall is next to the train station, which has several dining options. We were there for 5 nights and the room size was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We would have preferred pillows that were not so flat. When we asked for additional towels for the room, housekeeping were not at pleasant and were unwilling to accommodate our request. They allowed 2 additional drying towels but refused to issue us 2 hand towels. They would only give us 1. I was not particularly impressed with the breakfast and was glad that we did not purchase the breakfast package. We did have dinner on the night of arrival and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, and the meal was enjoyable. Overall, this is a great hotel and we will gladly book again if we should return to Paris.

Modern hotel w friendly accommodating staff. All services were good. The hotel got a little crowded and noisy in lobby and restaurant when there was a conference but otherwise was very relaxing in the other days. The restaurant is okay - could stand to have more selections on menu. Also breakfast was very busy and difficult to find a table during prime time. Overall it was a good stay and good experience. Good location!
