Fint ophold. Usædvanlig imødekommende personale - smilende og hjælpsomt. Stor tak især til Diana i receptionen, som hjalp mig med at få min telefon tilbage (glemt i en taxa) og printede mit boardingkort og fik det bragt til værelset. Mange tak.

Et skønt lille luksushotel
Perfekt beliggenhed lige ved de store magasiner og operaen. Bus fra lufthavnen direkte til/fra operaen 5 min. fra hotellet.. Skønt hotel med fransk charme og et rigtigt lille luksushotel uden masser af mennesker og ingen kedelige internationale standarder.

I've stayed here every 6 months for the past 9 years and the hotel is exceptional. The service is brillaint, decor fantastic and you can walk to the best department stores. Rooms are on the smaller side but this is Paris.

it’s def not worth the amount paid. Rooms super small, bathroom had funny smell and don’t get me started about the rest. Only good thing it’s location buy a for a room that cost so much money a night its def not worth it.

Upon arrival they were waiting for us to Welcome and bring us to the check in desk. So friendly and professional. The lobby is amazing and beautiful. The entire team from Registration to Bellman and Bartender ...all amazing and top notch service. I will be back.

After many years of traveling around the world. This Hotel is one of the best collection in arts and comfort. Great service can't say enough how clean and the smell on the floor as if you are in a top spa in Paris. Loved the Dining room and the Breakfast. Thanks you we will be back soon.

The staff was unbelievably helpful. My luggage lost one for its wheels and they fixed it there at the hotel. Everyone was extremely helpful. The bar staff especially Mohamed were extremely friendly.

ロケーション最高です。オペラ座、ラファイエットデパート、ルーブル美術館、モンマルトル、エッフェル塔、凱旋門などなどストで地下鉄が使えませんでしたが全て徒歩で行けました。散歩がてらに歩いていたのでさほど苦痛になりませんでした。お部屋も落ち着いててリラックスできます。無料のお水1本サービスもありました。スタッフもしっかりしておりまた泊まりたいです。

What I didn’t like are the staff. I booked a non refundable room, which I understand there is a policy in place. However, as a Marriott rewards member, I reached out 10 days in advance that I may not be able to get to Paris because of the strikes and notifications of my train services. They still would not refund the money which I was disappointed in but understand. The problem is they continued messaging me about how people are checking in and out every day and taxis, car services etc.. are running fine. That’s great for all of them, but both my trains in and out of Paris were cancelled. So I have to book new hotels, trains etc.. just to get home. and don’t need to hear multiple times how everyone is great with no problems at their hotel. Every train operator and hotel I had booked gave a full refund aside from this one. So if integrity and customer service are important to you then skip this place. The $ is not a big deal to me, the principle is.

Sir, We are very upset with your unfair review. As you said, you chose a not refundable rate. This rate is cheaper than our regular rate with free cancellation policy but it cannot be modified or cancelled. When you reserve this kind of rate you accept that if there is any type of problem that conduce to cancel the reservation the paid amount will not be refunded. When you asked us about the cancellation terms of the reservation, we informed you about the cancellation policy and, that in case you were not able to find any other solution to reach the hotel as flights and taxis are still running, we suggested to contact your travel insurance or use the insurance through the credit card you used to book your stay as this is the very purpose of travel insurances: to provide compensation when these situations arise. The customer service and their satisfaction is our priority. Proof of this is the good reviews about our staff and their kindness. We have answered your messages in a polite manner, as we do in all circumstances. Maybe you have to question yourself about the way you have talked to us. Sadly we did not receive the same treatment from you with very rude answers and insults from yourself. We are sorry of inconvenience caused for the strikes.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff was amazing and so friendly! The lobby was just beautiful, as well as the bar and restaurant. The room was amazing too! Very modern and clean. Absolutely rediculous and unfair management. I gave them 4 months notice that I wasn't able to go on my trip and they kept the $4000 that I paid! Not a penny returned to me. I will never recommend a hotel that doesn't have their customers interests in mind. Full scammers.

Does not deserve 5 stars at all. Noisy rooms, no coffee/tea maker. Went twice With colleagues for drinks to bar downstairs, bartender barely present.

Beautiful till you get inside your room.
We chose this hotel for its location, reviews, and pictures. We thought a cute Autograph boutique hotel would be perfect for a cute romantic Paris holiday. Pulling it to the building, we loved what we saw besides the construction across the street. Entering the lobby was very dramatic and was beautiful. Check in was easy and got a lot of info about the hotels history and area. We upgraded our room to make it even more comfortable for the stay. Walking down the hall was very nice. It’s dark yet warm and cozy and parfum filled the hallway. We were very excited to see the room, and then we entered it and it was beyond underwhelming. It was actually sad, then frustrating to know how much we spent on this room. The character of the room was all over the place, small bed because it had 2 huge nightstands that were on the sides. The nightstands were sloped inward so everything rolled into the middle of them. The tv was on a side wall and angles out with an arm but it was a short arm so you couldn’t angle the tv towards the bed or the couch. Now the bathroom was a great size, white and bright, but kinda ran down. Very disappointed with it. The shower was so small I kept beating my elbows on the glass walls washing my hair. The silver metallic tiles are pretty...till you see the mildew and mold growing in the cracks and grout. It was gross. For this being a new Marriott Autograph hotel, I hope Marriott comes through and doesn’t some cosmetic work in the rooms ASAP.
