Ganske fint hotel, til en enkelt overnatning i forbindelse med flyrejse. Restauranten er meget ringe.

Godt lufthavnshotel - ville vælge det igen.
Venlige og imødekommende modtagelse. Rene værelser. Dejlige senge. Overnatning pga tidlig fly - nemt at komme til med gratis airport shuttle. Mulighed for lidt morgenmad i baren ved udcheck før kl 07:00. Alt i alt en god oplevelse!

Holliday Inn is not what is used to be
I would say that I will think 2 times before booking into Holliday Inn Paris airport next time. The room itself was the only positive experience during my stay. The service was poor, staff having private phone conversations, answering questions from me without even looking up from the computer, a friendly smile you could only dream off. Male waiters in the restaurant flirting with older ladies, the restaurant closed at 10 pm, the bar at 11 pm (no food served in the bar - the restaurant is a low-quality buffet with the choice "directly from the tin"). I arrived at 9.45 pm and I was accepted at the restaurant as they made me a favour, I was not welcome at all. I would expect there should be a possibility for a late meal for those who arrive late. My feeling was: - new restaurant concept in order to save as much money as possible - people need to eat anyway so they will accept this as the only possibility - Staff: you get what you pay for - either they are not paid enough and don't care or Holliday Inn saved money on staff training.

Close to airport
Great hotel near the airport.we had a one night lay-over, so easy access when you need to fly in and out quickly. Easy to take metro to Paris center. Would stay there again if I have another short lay-over.

Great for an overnight stay near the airport Terminal 1. Service was very good. Downside is not great dining options nearby. Food at the hotel is limited and expensive. To be expected when staying at the airport. Room had a few English language TV channels, a blow dryer, instant coffee and tea in the room.

Hotel is located next to Charles de Galles airport. Super easy take the CDG shuttle from PR parking lot and your here . Suggestion for improvements is that Holiday Inn express should clearly mention this on their website I had to really dig around to find out how to do this.

Disappointed with the restaurant. Paid for breakfast buffet. No fruit, no eggs, pancake machine was broken, coffee machine not great. Very limited choices. Sausages and bread.

The hotel had bedbugs. Woke up with several bites on both my legs. Shower was plugged so flooded the floor when I showered. The TV also didn’t work.

Dear Craig ,Thank you for choosing our hotel despite your comment, I am surprised by your comment regarding bedbugs, please know that we check our rooms every day and that we do not have any bedbugs in our hotel. We also carry out daily checks of all our rooms through a pest control company, as a preventive measure. I have had no customer feedback on the possibility of a bedbug and your room was rented by another customer after your departure without any complaints. Please note that bedbugs are also found on chairs in airports, planes, subways, etc. and that unfortunately we can all be affected by bites. Sincerely

The hotel was great. Loved the proximity to the Navette Shuttle CDG VAL. The only disappointment was that the television was not available due to some kind of technical issues.
