Very old, noisy and not worth the money
Very old and in bad condition. Despite good location, not worth the money. Windows facing a very narrow backyard with pigeons and no daylight. Very noisy as you can hear the neighbours shower and talk.

Slidt hotel med utætte lofter.
Hotellet er hyggeligt, men gammelt og slidt, så det virker beskidt. Der var fugtpletter på badeværelset, og der flød vand ned ovenfra, når overboen var i bad. Det kan de ansatte jo ikke løse bare sådan, men hotellet kan ikke rigtig benyttes i dets nuværende stand. Der var gennemgående ikke overensstemmels mellem jeres beskrivelse af hotellet og virkeligheden - hvilket I allerede har beklaget. Skøn beliggenhed, men det skal renoveres, før vi kommer igen. Det er ikke et billigt hotel, og standen lever ikke op til prisen. Der må ikke løbe vand gennem loftet altså. Og så rendte vi ind i sproglige udfordringer, hvilket er forventeligt i Paris, men stadig til gene.

Uhøflig betjening i receptionen. Ved udtjek påstod de, at vi skulle betale for morgenmad, selvom det var inkluderet i opholdet. Ligeledes påstod de vi ikke havde betalt, så vi måtte igennem banken og finde bevis på betaling. Rigtig træls oplevelse. Beliggenhed perfekt.

Super beliggenhed til en god pris
Autentisk fransk hotel med meget unikke værelser. Hotellet er en smule slidt, men stadig meget pænt og rent. Ligger super centralt. Tæt på Marais, Les Halle, Louvre og Notre Dame. Nemt at komme til med tog, da hotellet ligger tæt på stationen Chatelet.

Autentisk og meget hyggeligt hotel midt i Paris!
Autentisk og meget hyggeligt hotel med Paris-stemning i top. Rent og pænt. Venligt og imødekommende personale. God morgenmad. Hotellet ligger lige i centrum af Paris med gåafstand til næsten alt. Alt ved hotellet er positivt, pånær to små minusser: Vi havde booket værelse med balkon, med udsigt over by. Da hotellet ligger i en mindre gade (eller nærmere gyde) havde vi kun udsigt til de omkringliggende store bygninger, dvs vores udsigt bestod i at kunne kigge lige ind i mure og vinduer i gyden. Det var nok ikke lige hvad vi havde forventet af by-udsigt. Andet lille minus, var værelsets størrelse. Det er meget små værelser og badeværelser på hotellet. Vi havde det ok med det, da det kun var til få overnatninger. Men mange mennesker vil nok føle sig lidt klemt på værelserne ;)

Et meget fint hotel med godt personale og beliggenhed. Dog fungerer wifi ikke optimalt - virker kun i 2 min efter tilslutning. Brusearmaturet skal man lige lære at kende, ellers bliver man skoldet.

We had so sit and wait for two hours past check in time for the room to be ready. They kept telling us it would be ready in 15 more minutes. The carpet in the lobby needed to be vacuumed. The stairs were so filthy and stained I was shocked. They clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time. But the worst part was our room. There was black mold on the ceiling and around the vent in the bathroom. The room reeked of vinegar. There was fabric wallpaper on the walls. There were little dark spots all over the wall around the headboard that looked like mold. We opened the windows to air out the room. Outside of one window is a small landing full of cigarette butts. Out of the other there was a rod that is a pigeon perch. There was an inch of bird crap there. I was afraid to leave that window open. There were many dark stains on the walls, like splattered coffee in several areas. The beds have mattresses and two mattress toppers stacked on top of the mattresses. The hotel is in a narrow back alley. The neighborhood did not feel safe. After taking many photos and calling the company we booked through, we checked out and fled to a clean hotel in a safe area.

Very nice night stay here. The location is great. Right in the center of everything with easy access to the metro. The people at the desk were all nice and helpful and the room was comfortable. Would stay again.

スーペリアルームにしましたが、雨漏りが凄かったです。また、暖房器具も壊れていました。軽い雨漏りは目を瞑りましたが、スコールのような雨が降った後は床までびしょ濡れで部屋を変えてもらえました。(その部屋は暖房も壊れていませんでした) 立地はとても良かっただけに残念です。

The hotel wasn't what I thought Old and dirty, decrepit and we got an 'upgrade' room...I wonder what an other room looks like. I took some pictures : Stained carpet, cracks in the walls, moldy bathroom ceiling and so on. Really not happy at all

Spent a week at the hotel. What I liked: location - walkable to many major attractions in Paris Centre. 30 seconds from the metro Chatelet. The room was charming. I liked the toile on the wall and the exposed wooden beams. The room was exceedingly clean and housekeeping tidied every day and changed the pillow linens. The breakfast was copious though I grew tired of the same offering after a week. Finally the staff was very friendly and helpful. The weak points: the room that I had is in need of some TLC. While clean , it was run down and shabby and could benefit from a ‘cure’. Despite being on a very small side street, it was very noisy. It seemed to have garbage removal every single day along with other service trucks throughout the week. The construction work on the building next door starts early and lasts all day. Glad we were out and about most of the day to miss it. You can often hear people talking or listening to the television in neighbouring rooms. Finally, the room does not have individualized climate control. Throughout most of the time we were there the heat was on. Some nights we had to sleep with the window open as it reached 25C. Would I stay there again? Yes. It is good value. It is a great location. The neighbourhood appears quite safe and in proximity to services, and sites of interest. It is a three-star hotel after all and not the Ritz. If you are expecting five-star accommodation, look elsewhere. Thank you for the visit!

Disappointed
The staff was pleasant however the bed was terrible. The location was nearby to the Marai and museums etc. like many old city’s the rooms are small and I’m ok with this. However the shower was a cruise ship sized shower and the only way to cool the room was to sleep with the window open which is not ideal in the city.

RERのシャトレ駅からも階段無しでも来れます。地下鉄も出入り口を選ぶと各地下鉄線にも乗り易く便利です。 ほぼ街の中心部に有るので、何処に行くにも便利なホテルで周辺にも美味しいレストランも有り、また次回もこのホテルに宿泊したいと思います。

As good as it gets for a 3 star hotel in Paris. Well-located, but a bit noisy because of proximity of Rue de Rivoli. Room had a fridge and a safe, which is unusual for a 3-star hotel. Staff very nice.

Close to the Louvre!
Loved this old hotel. It was built in the 1500’s! It is in the perfect location! Close to the Seine River, The Louvre and the Norte Dame Cathedral. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. If you’re looking for perfectly modern, you’re in the wrong place but if you want charming (some things a little outdated) at a decent rate, this is your place!

The beds were comfy, breakfast tasty and there was plenty of it, our bedroom was a good size and only a short walk to restaurants and a metro station. The room had a musty smell and in places it was dusty. We enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was extremely weak. Our room was very run down room. Toilets were not cleaned the 2nd day of our stay. Staff was good. Rooms in the pic and actual room were very different.

Really nice and old fashioned hotel in the centre of paris, excellent value for money and the staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again when i come back to Paris
