"Location near two step, pebble beach and other stuff south of Kona. Christine the caretaker was very nice. Perfect sunset view from the deck. Only issue was the small fridge which tended to condensate. Ice maker was good but no freezer space. No kitchen stove but hot plate worked fine."

"This property was spacious and comfortable. View from the lanai was spectacular. quiet neighborhood. Do take the warnings about the steep driveway. As two people in our 70’s, we had to exert a great deal of energy to get our luggage down the driveway and up the outdoor stair! Once we loaded in everything was perfect!"

"Peaceful Hawaiian countryside - what a lovely week. We’ve had some downtime on the coast and some hikes in the forest. Just perfect. It is lovely to have met Kim, you are a lucky man and we were lucky to get here and have the place to ourselves and it was super super immaculate! Also, it is nice see what a great dog jazz has grown up to be. She was barely more than a teacup when we were here last year, It was a special treat to see Daisy, she’s just Daisy. Mahalo & Aloha"

"My husband and I stayed at the 1 bedroom until for 16 glorious days. It was the perfect place on the island for a home base. We drove all over the island. The unit itself is well loved. A little shabby and worn, but very comfortable and clean. We loved the screened in lanai. We had coffee and breakfast out there every day. The sunsets were fantastic. It was also cool in the evenings, perfect for sleeping. George was great to work with, he left us fresh avocados. They were delicious! All in all...
