I was a bit concerned at first because the property is close to a busy road but the fence and security gate eased all of my worries. Once you are inside, you cant even hear any road noise. The property was clean and comfortable! We had everything we needed - clear instructions, extra linens, comfy beds, clean water, wifi. Would definitely recommend...

"Great location to get in to Big Fork or go down to Bison Range. Eagles ( both adult & juvenile) perch right outside the living room windows! We used the campfire space twice and there was plenty of wood (even dry) everywhere for our use. Water was cold this time of year so did not take advantage of the water sports but so much equipment provided & sports chairs to enjoy the views down from the dock. Kitchen had everything we needed. "We came to town for my daughter's college graduation (go Griz!) The property worked well for our needs. The only bummer was that gardeners had been scheduled to work there on one of the days. This is understandable, but they occupied the deck and parking, and were asking my elderly mom various questions (maybe thinking she was the owner.) "We rented this property for a birthday getaway. The host picks you up in a pontoon boat and shuttles you over, she was very nice and helped us load and unload everything including my toddler. The weather was great, the slide and kayaks were utilized and everyone had a blast. The kitchen was fully stocked with most cooking things you could ask for. The main bedroom's bed frame may need fixing, perhaps the previous guests broke it during their stay. Otherwise everything was great!"
