The location is perfect for beach days and multiple groceries stores/pharmacies within a mile. Old San Juan is only a 15 min ride and a gated parking space is given for your car all week. "We arrived at one AM, directions to enter and get keys and park were clear and easy. Parking was only $5 a day. We had a one bedroom, living room area, kitchen area with cups, utensils. Had a little back are to sit if you wanted! When you come out walk two short blocks to a public beach, you can rent chairs and buy cheap delicious drinks from Ramon! Walkable to many local, reasonable places to eat. Had everything we needed! Definitely would stay again!"

"This stay is an amazing experience. We would definitely book again. Super accommodating and responsive host. Rosa is very friendly! Only steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. "We didn't spend too much time in the room. Proximity to the beach was great. Bathroom, kinda rough. Very low water pressure and no hot water in the shower. The host came over to try and fix it but couldn't. A known faulty breaker hadn't been fixed so no hot water to the shower. I washed my hair in the kitchen sink."
