"Our whole group (ages 5-61) enjoyed being at BBI Lake Effect Lodge. Beautiful, spacious, log home in a stunning location. The kids enjoyed playing in the sand and water along the sand bar. Great fishing off the dock. Nice lakeside fire pit and plenty of seating available. 100% recommend."

"Spent a long weekend sxsing the the trails around luzurne the worked great very clean even smelled fresh when we opened the door for the first time. Parking for trailers was adequate and easy access from property to trails would definitely stay again"

"Very pleased with the cabin. My friends and I found plenty to do, between the hot tub, fusball, puzzles, and easy access to Lake Huron for strolls on the beach. Cheboygan was pleasant and had some solid restaurants too, and the state park has nice and easy trails."

"When getting to this property, it's pretty big and spacious from the outside. Cleanliness was met when we arrived. I liked the wrap around porch for the kids to play around. The main level was upstairs and there were 2 separate units downstairs. Trying to go downstairs was a challenge come nighttime because there was no light leading downstairs. Thankful for the 3 fridge, more than enough space for our food and drinks. Only disappointment was running out of water. It took hours for it to come...

"Very clean, very nice location. I booked the Adams cottage for 1 night. I attended a conference at the Garland Resort on May 9 & 10. I paid $140 plus tax for a total of $159.29. Terms and conditions said there could be additional fees for missing items, extra than normal cleaning, pets, etc. I was there one night, used one face cloth and one towel. I didn't use the stove or grill. I placed my trash and 2 recycle bottles in the containers on the porch when I left. I was charged another $111.32...

"The description of this house is not accurate. It is a SHARED house, split into 4. You very much notice the other people staying. We did have 2 big issues, that did get a tiny bit of attention but did not get resolved. The first night we were there, it was 80 degrees in the house (in winter), and the thermostat was set at 60. We could not control the heat at all and ended up sleeping with windows open. Property management said they were sending someone out, not sure if that happened as we...
