"Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. The breakfast buffet, and restaurant are well above your normal continental breakfast, they will cook you and omelet/poach eggs for you but the other food may tempt you enough that you won’t need anything cooked to order. Die Zimmer und Betten sind super, ebenso wie das Frühstück und Personal. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein und der Wasserdruck schwach. Dennoch ein Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Empfehlenswert!"

"Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Otherwise perfect stay. Make sure to feed the alpacas!! You can catch the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu literally right outside hotel entrance...

"Hotel was clean, comfortable and accommodating. Right in the heart of old Cusco. Staff arranged taxi to and from Airport. Bags were safely stored while on our 5day trek. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast and lounge area was wonderful."

"Great service and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is pretty good. Good wifi. The have a laundry machine you can use although it is somewhat pricey. It is a short walk to the city center, but it is a steep downhill and coming back up is not easy at this altitude. Noise insulation within the building could be improved. Our room was above the breakfast room and we would be woken up by the staff setting up breakfast. There was some minor noise traveling between rooms too."
