"Great location, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Slept 5 comfortably. Hot breakfast on the weekends was good, prepackaged options during the week were ok. Coffee bar a plus! We brought some food, and the small kitchenette in the room was so convenient. Bathroom was tiny and a bit dated, but workable. Staff was lovely!"

"Nice location to stay if you are visiting Rehoboth Beach. It's a few miles from the boad walk but you can catch the Dart Bus right across from the hotel to the board walk. The bus from the board walk also stops right in front of the hotel. This way you can avoid the parking problem around the Beach. You download the app for the Bart bus and pay for a day pass for multiple trips during the day. "

"Overall amazing experience. The basement property was plenty spacious for the 6 adult guests we had. Had a quick question regarding check-in and the host answered immediately and was very kind. Walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go. was worried about the parking based on some reviews but there was ample parking for my large SUV. Overall 10/10. Thank you!"
