"Front desk attendant was super friendly. The room was nice overall, but the floor was very dirty. Had to wear shoes while in the room. One of the toilets also hadn’t been cleaned. There are no USB plugs, so be sure to bring adapters for anything you want to plug in. "

"My husband and I just got back from Key West. We had a fabulous time and loved where we stayed. Ken, the owner, is terrific. Great communication, excellent tips on things to do and places to eat. It a large house and you have a room to stay in with your own bathroom, small kitchen and bed. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back next time we visit Key West. Thanks Ken for being a great host!!!"

"The property was a bit dated but they were working on upgrades during my visit in certain areas. Otherwise the unit was fresh and clean. View was nice partial view of gulf. Short walk to beach from unit. No issues with parking. Enjoyed the security person nice fellow and helpful. The people l met during my stay were friendly. Not too far from any attractions, food, and shopping."

"First off, the lack of a 5th star has absolutely nothing to do with Joe. He was incredibly nice, communicative every step of the way and did a fantastic job of welcoming us and being a resource. If your goal is to be on the quieter side of Clearwater Beach, very close to the beach and don't plan on spending much time in the room, this place is perfect. "The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience."

"It was very clean and nice. The air conditioning worked great. Located close to Duval. The only issue we had was that there was no closet or place to put clothes so after a few days it was hard to keep organized."
