The cottage was clean, had a hairdryer in the bathroom, coffee, towels & wash cloths, sheets, condiments, dish liquid, broom, vacuum cleaner, A.C., lotion , hand soap, front porch with rocking chairs, comfortable beds, etc... just like home. The hostess was exceptional. Enjoyed!"

"Really great stay for friends or small family. The courtyard was a great amenity and the kitchen was fully stocked with what you would need to cook a meal. Excellent location - such an easy walk to Kroger and Forsyth park. The free shuttles were only a couple blocks walk. Downsides were thin wall with the adjoining rental unit (could hear someone coughing and TV past midnight) and somehow a pair of used women's underwear in the bathroom towel rack. The host did a poor job with providing check-in...

"I stayed for 4 nights while in town for a fishing tournament. Very cozy little home, but accurately described. Despite the size, it had everything I needed. I enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the owls in the evenings and early mornings. The shower is a little tight, but manageable. Extremely comfortable bed. I had a great stay, and would definitely book again!"

"This is a lovely place to spend a week with friends. Very clean, quiet and it is within walking distance to the beach and shops . The hosts made us feel welcome and were very responsive with any questions or issues. Definitely would stay here again!"

"Out of the way location, but convenient to hiking trails and State park venues. In decent condition, could use a quality painting. Owner was on the premise and was courteous and helpful.
