"We had a lovely 6-day stay at Beth’s carriage house. The beds are comfortable; the space is beautiful and it is close to the pool. What else could you ask for? Thank you, Beth, for such a special place."

"Property was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was great and the HOA had a reserved area on the beach for lounging. The pool was just cross the street as well. As a bonus there was a closet on the back porch filled with beach toys and a few chairs to use. Will definately stay here again."

"the images shown on the listing have the same layout as the apartment with a few differences. the neighborhood and home were nice, however, it was quite a distance to the beach. it’s about 6 minute walk to the pathway that arrives at the beach. it is however, pool side,though you have to walk around the building to get there. property manager however was very friendly and helpful. would recommend if you don’t mind the walk. overall would stay again"

It was close to the beach, restaurants we wanted to try and it had everything we needed for our trip. We would love to come back and I already have recommended the cottage because it was so great."

"Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though."
