"Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the resort as the restaurant and other recreational amenities were fantastic, the room has seen better days. My bathroom tub and shower tiled walls were peeling and in desperate need of resurfacing/repainting. And there was a couple of women’s hairs on the shower walls so more care needs to be taken during cleaning the room before a new stay. "

You will not regret booking this resort! Serenity Soa on property is wonderful!! 3 restaurants on property as well. "

"Absolutely horrible experience. There was litter and uncleaned hallways with the same small trash apparent for days, which clearly says that no cleaning was taking place for 4-5 days. Even cutlery was lying on the floor without being picked up until pointed out to Management. Pool had garbage flooting around and no staff was picking up the garbage after those guests who apparently didnt see it as their responsibility, leaving empty plastic cups and ice cream cups everywhere. "Great pool area and very spacious apartments. But parts of hotel is quite run down. Asked for a second diningroomchair (as we were 4 people) 3 times because there was only one and a sofa at the dining table, but never got one. Some small extra charges like some sunchairs with umbrella, wifi that works etc. Overall an okay hotel, but mostly because of large apartments and great lazyriver/pool area. "

"Great stay overall, 1 of the 2 elevators was inoperable for an entire week also there was no wi-fi. Was fine for me, being on vacation, my point being if there ever is any problem whatsoever there may be no rush to fix it...."
