"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"The house is at the end of a narrow street and is surrounded by greenery and flowers making for a very pleasant outdoor space. Two spacious bedrooms and bath on first floor and kitchen, dining, living room, bedroom and bath on ground floor. Location is just north of the Cam River and an easy walk to punting boat tours which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb."

"My parents are buried in Horning, so Norfolk has lots of memories. I decided I wanted to celebrate my 60th in Winterton on Sea. We’ve stayed in various cottages in the area, but Larner’s Lodge was by far the best bungalow. We had to stay in the Fisherman’s Return on our first night, so took a sneaky peak at the outside of Larner’s Lodge later that day. Situated down a private driveway, set in a very pleasant location. "The cottage is within a short walk of the sea, the beach is accessible via a steep path after approximately ten minutes. There is a bench to sit on and admire the view of the sea if you don’t fancy the steep path. The cottage itself was spacious, 3 nice bedrooms with the comfiest beds I’ve slept in for a long time. A decent bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and wc. There is also a separate room with a stand alone shower cubicle. The kitchen supplies were brilliant with plenty of crockery...
