"The innkeeper, Robin, was delightful and welcoming. She did everything she could to help us settle in and feel at home! We loved the B & B! Clean rooms, comfortable beds (so important), a nice wide staircase, delicious and filling breakfast , tasty treats and spoils daily. It was a short walk to historic downtown also. "This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy St. Augustine. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The porch out front was a nice spot to sit and have breakfast, and just hang out on when it rained. Could not beat the location - easy walk everywhere."

"We were close to everything we had planned for the weekend. It was nice to have a place to come back to that was clean and spacious. We enjoyed having the hot tub to hang out in as well as the grill to cook dinner on. We will stay here again next time we visit."

"Everything worked out good. Had a couple hiccups when we arrived. The were taken care of imediately. Loved the location of this unit it was right at the beach. Beach was beautiful. Plan on going back next year. If i could make a couple request. Install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Add a tv to the second bedroom. Update the tv in the living room to a smart tv. I could not use the service I use as I could not load the apps. SImple things add up."

"A modern design on a quiet residential street less than 400yds from the beach - and a similar very walkable distance to two local restaurants. We particularly liked the large screened balcony. Like most of the accommodation. this is on 2F - so you look out onto the trees and bushes that screen the property from its neighbours. The large open living space - lounge / dining table / kitchen - inside is great too. Not a problem for us, but just be aware if you are a larger group that - as mentioned...

Good location and friendly staff
"Great location for a visit in St Augustine on the waterfront of the bay just outside the historic quarter and right after The Lion Bridge. Complimentary afternoon snack in the lobby on our arrival and delicious homemade cookies. The receptionist Ellen is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the poor and very unstable internet connection in the room. We hope that will be improved and upgraded, as we have met fantastic highspeed internet in most of the other hotels on this trip."
