"Nice hotel, A/C unit in the room made a lot of noise, but other than that, good hotel. Great locations and Bay City has really changed for the good, lots of places for food and drink!"

"The head housekeeper was so nice!!! In general most employees don’t greet you, however, she did!! You have to have both light switches inside the door up for outlets and lights to work- no one told me. Overall it’s a nice place. Only place in town! Has a pool! Walmart is literally across the street! "

"Last minute booking for Family emergency. The building is in fair condition (small stains on carpeting and walls), the elevator was broken when we arrived and still broken 4 days later. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. No adjoining rooms available for large families."
