"Amazing place, views, food and general service, a perfect choice if you want to stay in one of the best hotels in Oia. Because of Covid restrictions we were delayed and came a day later than booked and expected. We booked the Secret Suites & Spa trough this webpage, why the hotel didn't want to compensate the lost night, didn't want to offer the lost night as an extra night either, which of cause isn't optimal service, it has some limits when they have to pay provision to agents websites also."

"Beautiful, modern hotel in Oia! We liked the location as it was a short walk into town, but away from the crowds in Oia when cruise ships came in. Stunning views from the property and the pool is awesome. Rooms are a bit small but I would guess quite a bit bigger than the cave hotels in town, and the property overall is spacious. Overall service was great. Cleaning was good but not great for 5 stars. Some odd things like the outdoor areas could have been cleaner, room ran out of shower gel /...

"What an amazing stay! Beautiful property, modern and clean. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Elena, Yanis and Sophia at the front desk, they gave great recommendations particularly during the windy days. All the staff from breakfast, spa and bar/restaurant were so great. During a particularly windy day we used the spa and it was spectacular! Thoroughly recommend the infra red sauna! The location is perfect with easy access to centre. Walkable to bus station. "
