"This property, in a small historic, colonial row house is compact, but well suited for two to three guests. The inside is comfortably and tastefully furnished and updated. Excellent shower and climate control. Private parking is a big plus, and location is walkable to most key points of interest. If you’re staying more than a couple days, clothing storage space is limited. Would recommend!"

"This house was close to the Tybee Creek for shell hunting and crab watching, as well as, only blocks away from the beach. We were able to walk to all areas of interest, including restaurants, with ease. The house was clean and nicely equipped. The screened in porch was wonderful. We would stay here, again."

"The house was pleasant and well cared for. Communication with owner was very good. She reached out to be sure we had all questions answered and directions clear. Location was great. My wife had to stay home because of last minute illness so I was there alone to go to a wedding and had the beautiful house to myself. "We enjoyed staying at the carriage house. The location was excellent for walking and not having to get the car out. The place was neat and clean and very cute. My only complaints are that the cable didn’t work and the smoke alarm would go off every time I cooked something. Beware if you have mobility issues, the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom are a little scary. But nice place, we enjoyed our stay very much."

"This is a great location and a perfect place for couples who enjoy having a place within walking distance to many historic sites and restaurants in Savannah. It is also close to a couple of the orange trolley tour ($) stops. The cottage is cozy and comfortable so we didn’t mind having to delay our activities and watch some TV because of rain. If we ever head back to Savannah, we hope this place is available."

"We’ve come to Savannah, staying in Tybee for the last four years while our son was attending SCAD. We pick a different house each time (4-5 times a year). This trip was to celebrate his graduation and it was by far our favorite! Only bummed we didn’t discover it sooner. Although it’s historic, it is so well kept and has every amenity you’d like. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms renovated beautifully, the kitchen was well stocked and the pool and yard are so clean. We LOVED bowling...
