Owner reimbursed us for items not in home or in need of replacement as we were there for 28 days. Cleaned the front door and screens due to the build up of sand and dirt causing an odor. And everything just worked - inside was somehow always just the right temp, pool and spa heat were easy to operate, beds super comfy, kitchen well equipped. And though we didn’t have to contact Tim and Catherine for anything during our stay, in our exchanges beforehand they were super helpful, and you can just tell they are good people.
