"Clean and well appointed. It is located in a typical Palm Desert community: gated, well maintained, with the back patio opening out to the golf course. My only criticism is the lengthy check-out to-do list. Since I had time, I did everything on the list, however, running a load of laundry, taking out trash and bringing in outdoor cushions seem like tasks that the professional cleaning service should take care of. "

"Just wrapped up our stay at this cute Desert Falls CC condo! It was a wonderful week of relaxation. The condo instructions were clear and easy to follow. The condo itself is clean and maintained with comfortable amenities. It has a nice patio with a gorgeous view of the golf course and surrounding foothills. Andrea, the owner, was kind enough to check in with us by text to be sure all was well, and it was!! Pool #11 is so calm with a lovely view. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I booked this condo because we had a golf tournament and the condo has a golf cart that guests are able to use. That was The absolute highlight of the trip. We were able to cruise around PGA West in the golf cart, which was very fun and made us already start booking another trip back. The condo has plenty of rooms and is really really big on the inside. Everything was as advertised. So glad I found this listing and will be back!"

"I love the location and the property itself is beautiful! Lots of beautiful pools and areas to walk. It's great to have a kitchen, but food at the Legacy Grill is delicious (not always open though). We stayed here for Coachella because it was close to a shuttle stop, but out of the mayhem. We've stayed at different units in the past with our dogs and have returned because we like it so much. Having a garage is a bonus too!"

"We literally just left the condo and we're missing it already! The pictures on the listing looked great, but it was even nicer in person. The main purpose of this trip was for me and my friends to get some golfing in, and the location of this condo was perfect for that! Phil even gave us some tips on a few amazing courses that were less than five minutes from the condo..thanks Phil! This trip was just a guys trip, but I FaceTimed my wife from teh condo and sent her a bunch of pictures and now...

"Overall it was good. Some negatives though. The Chuckwalla pool was closed all week without the resort even telling us. Upon check-in we even requested to stay next to that pool because we have small kids. Even at that point they didn’t tell us it was closed. Felt kind of deceptive, and that we missed a lot of what we paid for. We were there 6 days and didnt have cleaning once."
