"I found all the staff very helpful. The location is good for Orangutan, Sun Bears and the Rain Forest. The only elemwnt that was poor was I needed to amend my booking via Expedia and I still ended up being charged for one additional night, the cost was minimal, but that's not the point."

The problem is NOT big since taxies and GRAB cars are VERY cheap.The mall connected to hotel is boring, and doesn’t have a decent foodcourt. Breakfast at hotel has a wide varity of asian and westernlike food, fresh frutes and eggs of your choice - go for the asian food it’s much Better. The swimmingpool lack satandarf "

"The hotel is basic and clean. The city however, is not attractive and very dirty with rubbish in most places. Unless you must go to KK, I would recommend going directly to your destination, fx flying/driving to Sandakan/Sepilok. If you stay in KK, try the food market at the seaside, but expect is to be very dirty (but also interesting)."
