"Easy access and close to Dotonbori"

"The last thing you want traveling with kids, is to arrive at a hotel after a long travel and then find out, they do not have reception. We had to phone them up and wait outside in 35 degrees with small children for 30 minutes. Dame happened at checkout. They only provide 1 towel pr. Guest and will only exchange after 3 days. It is not allowed to park at the premises. We had to park on puplic street and walk 200 meters to the hotel. If the review of the place had given a more precise description...

"Overall, the property is excellent in all areas- location, cleanliness, comfort and safety. However they are inflexible with the check in time, so if you happen to arrive early you need to wait until 4 pm to check in. The luggage store if you need it is an open area behind the building where they also keep the garbage. Japan is a safe country, but still… Five stars if they allowed check in early if the room is ready and if they provided a secure luggage store. "

"The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. The Saloma Link Bridge which displays a colorful bridge changing colors every 10-20 seconds outside and inside of it. Also, Avenue K shopping mall is across from the twin towers that offer a variety of dining or fastfood and a grocery store. All those tourists attractions are free to visit...

"Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...

"If you want to try refugees experience, this is a place to live. Bad smell in living room, very old & depreciated in door, no hot water from heater, no air-conditioning in bedrooms, main door safety lock broken......crazy"
