"I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath"

"Absolutely loved this Hotel. Surroundings were stunning & eating was extremely convenient. Any suggestions for improvements? Yes, the WiFi did not work from the room & even down stairs one had to jump through hoops for only momentary connection. That aside, everything else was world class including always polite reception & room cleaning staff. "

We had a meal there which was on the pricey side but the food was exquisite. There was a choice of different breakfasts. We selected the Eggs Royale which was beautifully presented and delicious. "Stayed for one night whilst visiting family. friendly check in , easy to find. Accommodation was clean everything was in working order. Only thing that would need improvement was the pillows , as they were very soft but this of course is preference. Bedding very thick and too heavy during a heat wave. "We enjoyed a good stay at the hotel. It was well situated for our trip to Malvern Spring Flower Show. The staff were lovely and the food was good pub food. We particularly enjoyed the steak night which was excellent. Breakfasts were tailored to us individually, were well cooked and good sized portions. We will definitely stay here again. "
