"Nicely appointed home just outside of Ponta Delgada. Clean, and spacious with beautiful gardens. We were 2 couples on our first visit to Sao Miguel and the proximity to the airport and city gave us the perfect "home base" while traveling the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. "Had a wonderful time at José's property. It was exactly as advertised. Quiet area, beautiful views, and your own personal waterfall. Beach just a few minutes walk, and centrally located to the entire island. Having a washing machine came in handy, and the outdoor shower was perfect. Parking on the steep hill with a stick shift can be a little bit exciting but outside of that everything was a breeze. Would definitely stay again."

"The accomodation is wonderful. The specious house was very clean and equipped with more than one can ask for. For example the Veggie Bullel, TV Firesticks, gas grill, plenty of spices in the kitchen and all cleaning products were available. It is nice arrive at the house and you don`t need to think about the basics. Plenty of room for two families and the kids really enjoyed the heated pool."

"Isa was so amazing with communication and helping me set up any needs that I had for my trip. There was a welcome basket with bread and cheese and tea and coffee and water which was so much appreciated. A beautiful setting on their banana farm and close to an amazing restaurant and nice hiking. I love that the property has a bathtub for after a long day of hiking. "Mosteiros is an absolute dream. The location of this property was fantastic. You can easily walk to great restaurants including O Americo, Sunset Steve’s Bar, and Seaside Vibez. Zeer grote en hoge ruimte, airconditioning is perfect. Suggestie: verlichting binnen is wat kil, en in het donker is de voordeur van de accommodatie niet automatisch verlicht. Opletten geblazen! "
