"The place was so adorable and comfortable. Also very well appointed with plenty of paper products and dish soap, laundry pods and dishwasher pods and trash bags. The setting of the place is back off the road up on a lovely hill in a clearing w a yard surrounded mostly by woods. Was so nice to sit on front porch and listen to the birds and watch the squirrels. Saw a deer pounce by the side window one day. One early morning my husband sat on the front porch and enjoyed watching a thunderstorm....

"The cabin is very nice and has a cozy atmosphere. There is only two things that needs to modification. The front door lock would not lock the door when leaving. So valuables were kept in our car. The front door made of glass panels, doesn’t have any coverings of either blinds or drapes. Which left no privacy to the living room area. Second area was the toilet. "Sweet CLEAN little tiny cottage, perfect for a couple with 2 dogs! Has a fenced in area in the back and we could not have been happier there! "This property was exactly what I was looking for. However it might not suit everyone. It was very clean and recently updated. It is very rural, sits on a large grassed empty lot on the water with a nice dock. There is no washer/dryer, the kitchen is in a separate room but is very well done and stocked, it has an additional separate bathroom in addition to the one bedroom area. The bedroom is small with no hanging closet and a very small dresser. The bathroom is well laid out with a huge shower....

"We absolutely loved everything about this property and our stay here, we were there for 4 nights. Its newly renovated and in great shape. Large back yard for our small dog to use. Easy to find and access. Its very close to the heart of downtown Dayton. All in all, there is probably nothing close to this level of personal property for rent in the Dayton area, I would always choose to stay here when I return if its available, and if you are debating between two choices I can tell you right now,...

"That was an awesome house. I planned a bachelor party for my brother and we wanted a lake house with a dock and this was golden. It was a very cute house, and nice layout. We brought a boat and put in at one of the boat ramps that’s less than 5 mins from the house, then were able to park the trailer at the house.
