"Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable. We stayed with them on two different occasions and we will use them again on future stays."

"Staff was great. Food was great. Property was great. Natural setting with birds and monkeys was really great. On a clear day you can see the top of Kilimanjaro as you have a gin and tonic on the veranda in the photo. Monkeys would be playing overhead as you were eating on a terrace overlooking a bird paradise. Horseback riding was great through the village and jungly terrain. "Ishara Lodge was one of the best places I've found to stay in Arusha. The property is incredible with so many nice walking paths among the beautiful trees and beautiful gardens. The staff were unbelievably helpful with every one of our needs and kept us comfortable the whole time. "Really nice hotel. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and nice clean rooms. The owner of the hotel is named Fred, and he is incredibly kind. He is very accommodating and showed us around the area. The hotel is within walking distance from the center, which is perfect, as it allows you to avoid the noise from the city.
