Laura at the front desk and Rosa at the dinning facility were amazing. The only drwa back the cook/chef in the AM May 12 preparing eggs and omellets was rude and a bad cook. Overeasy eggs and over medium eggs were cooked wrong. Overall the hotel is incredible nice. I will stay there again.

To be honest they need a bellman for luggage. Always keep a copy your reservation because they almost charged me 35 dollars more than what Expedia quoted..it did rectified..Other than that it was okay..

We arrived really early from the States to check in at hotel but check in isn’t until 3 pm? The hotel staff went out of there way to help us get to our room asap.Young lady running the restaurant was equally helpful? We initially arrived to early to check in she allowed us access to restaurant for beverages and breakfast which was over the top. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Awesome experience in customer service and great hospitality. Highly recommend.

The rooms were clean, bed was soft and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Staff was amazing and airport shuttle was very convenient.

Stayed the night before flying out early morning the next day and the airport shuttle provided was very convenient and on time! The rooms were also very nice and had a large bathroom. Hope to stay here again!

In recent years I have had one-night stays at several hotels close to Schiphol, and this one is my favorite. My requirements have been quality accomodations, dining on site, and a good shuttle service to the airport. The Marriott Renaissance gets top marks in those three categories. My only complaint is minor, and to me, it was surprising. One of my anticipations under these circumstances is to finish a meal with an excellent local cheese. They had only one French variety to offer.

Amazing high quality rooms. But the hotel employees are very arrogant and passive aggressive and if you politely try ask for help regarding issues with the rooms the employees will belittle you and harass you and bully you to embarrass you in front of other people. Really horrible employees but the rooms are still amazing if you can handle the rude staff.

As always, great rooms but horrible passive aggressive hotel employees that runs around intentionally creating fake problems to embarrass the customers in front of others. It’s a great hotel if you are able to avoid being bullied by the staff.

Great rooms and high quality rooms, but the hotel employees are horrible and runs around being passive aggressive and intentionally embarrassing the customers if they politely ask for help fixing minor problems with the rooms. If the toilet is broken the staff will bully and belittle you and embarrass you in front of others instead of just politely fixing the problem.

This hotel is not centrally located. You have to take a shuttle, which, thankfully, the hotel provides, to the train station and then a train to the Central city to have fun, so beware of that also there was mold in the shower. The property knew about it. The receptionist said they knew about it but basically they were too busy to fix it and they seem to have a mold problem because they know they had to take care of it but they just don’t have time to take care of it. It's pretty disgusting, unsanitary and hazardous.

Hotel with shuttle
We decided to stay near the airport in a hotel with a shuttle. It was convenient for us, although an early morning flight was pre-shuttle hours. Check-in was slow, but check-out was rapid. The restaurant is quite okay for an airport hotel. The room was well appointed and clean. The big disappointment was a shower black with mold. Both reception and management apologized for this, and offered to shift rooms, but for such a short stay we decided to stick it out.
