"We booked the studio for its location and price. The room was as advertised. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator as well as a king size bed. The place was clean. The sitting arrangements were not ideal -you had a small love seat or the bed. There was no place to sit and eat other than on the love seat and only one can fit there at a time. The TV was difficult to use. The property manager/owner was easy to work with and very responsive."

"It was a beautiful cottage, super clean and cosy, great for families and pet friendly. It’s a couples of blocks from the beach and the golf cart that was in the property was not included in the rent so we couldn’t use it, which was very disappointing. Other than that we had a great stay, in a beautiful quiet area."

"We enjoyed our stay and the place itself was very clean and comfortable. We were on the fourth floor and were informed less than 24 hours prior that the elevator was out. I think we would have booked something else given the option of a full refund as walking four flights 3-4 times a day was a bit much. The elevator had also be broken for 2 1/2 weeks before our arrival."

"The property was just as described. It was a short walk from the beach and from the Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. There are also many restaurants and shops just below the property. The communication was excellent, and we enjoyed our weekend. I would stay at a property managed by David again."

"The Inn at Seacrest is in the perfect location. We rented bikes just down the street and enjoyed a beautiful public beach not too far down the road. It was much less crowded than the beach closest to the Inn. Our unit was clean and cozy for two, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Could have done with less pillows (nowhere to put them!) and the shower door needs to be fixed. But the bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet, even with the Spring breakers in town. "The place was fine. My parents and siblings had rented a bigger and nicer place nearby for 8 days. My wife and 8-month old could only come for weekend. The tub was chipped. One of the blinds was broken. However, the price was right being the cheapest in the area."
