"CitizenM hotels are my favorite hotel concept, when alone on business. The Boston facility is perfect, and location great BUT it is a hassle to get to the hotel when there is an event at the TD Garden arena. The surrounding streets are jammed with cars, and the noise from the street is immense...especially the drummer guy the drums every night there is a game like it was a matter of his life. So location is great when there is no event at TDG, but when there is...I would prefer another location."

"This hotel is not a four star hotel at all, at the best a three star hotel. The bed uncomfortable and small windows, despite we had booked the best rooms at this hotel inclusive a bottle of wine, which we didn’t get. Good it was only for one night."

"Loved the connection to the convention center for convenience. Short 10 minute walk to the pier with lots of dining options on the water. All the expected amenities provided. Easy cab/uber ride to and from the airport."
