As you have mentioned correctly, becides Standard single category which has 15 sq.m. size, we have other categories as well and guests may choose to choose another category upon arrival and availability of course. Room upgrade for a high season is not being provided I am afraid. Trust personel in the hotel is honest and there is no aim to lie to a guest of ours. The room size is described in all the platforms so guest may have that information to book preffered room. We have two pipe system, which allows to keep either heating or cooling. I am afraid in Yerevan April is very unstable in terms of weather and one day it can be hot and another day quite cold. During your stay we still were on heating system since as per wetaher forecast still cold/rainy days were ahead. I am sorry you have had that experience and my applogozie for the inconvenience you have faced. I am also proud that you have mentioed our nice and helpful personnel and good location.
