"This was a nice, relaxing place to stay. the only small downside was a hard bed (but some people like that) and a housekeeper that maybe was just having a bad day so was a little grouchy. "

"We liked our stay at Auas Lodge. The lodge is nice but quite simple. Staff was really friendly!! The room is a little bit dark but clean. Food was good but dinner could be a little more (especially the main course). Lodge needs some renovations works e.g. toilette near the pool. The nature around the lodge is beautiful and it’s a good start or end for the Namibia vacation. "

"Two lovely ladies (one who was the owner I think) checked us in with a smile and lots of joking which was great! Room was big and comfortable, although the mosquito net was too small to cover the double bed - easy thing to change though! The young people staying next door to us made a lot of noise at 6.30am (music and shouting) which was unfortunate, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast buffet was great! And the recommended tapas restaurant near by was lovely."
